2) Data Collected When Visiting Our Website
For purely informational use, we collect only server log data your browser transmits: page visited, date/time, data volume, referrer URL, browser, operating system, and IP address (possibly in anonymized form). Processing is based on our legitimate interests in stability and functionality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We reserve the right to review logs later if there are concrete indications of unlawful use.
3) Cookies
We use session and persistent cookies (including third-party cookies) to enable core functions and improve the user experience. Where cookies involve personal data, processing occurs either for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or—where required—on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can configure your browser to accept or reject cookies; disabling cookies may limit site functionality.
4) Contacting Us
If you contact us (e.g., via form or email), the personal data you provide will be processed to handle your request and for technical administration (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; if aimed at contract conclusion: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data that is not necessary for these purposes is processed with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We delete requests once completed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5) Direct Marketing

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we may send marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting support.
6) Order Processing and Service Providers

7) Online Marketing and Analytics
Where required by law, the tools below operate on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; and, for device access/storage, Section 25(1) TDDDG). International transfers may occur under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or appropriate safeguards.
Google DoubleClick / AdSense / Ads Conversion & Remarketing
Used for ad delivery, frequency capping, and conversion measurement. Opt-out options are available via Google’s ad settings and industry tools.
Google Analytics (IP Anonymization)
Used to analyze site use and improve our offering. In exceptional cases, full IPs may be sent to U.S. servers and shortened there; in such cases, processing is based on consent. Opt-out: browser add-on or opt-out cookie.

Used to build audiences, measure conversions, and optimize advertising. Storage periods and processing are determined by the respective providers; see their privacy policies for details and opt-outs.

Used to deliver content efficiently (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Klaviyo (Email Service Provider)
We use Klaviyo to send newsletters (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). With consent, campaign performance is measured via web beacons/pixels (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We have a DPA in place; U.S. transfers may rely on the EU-U.S. DPF.
Customer Reviews (Okendo)
After completing your order, we may invite you to review your purchase (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time. International transfers are safeguarded (e.g., SCCs).

We use Hotjar to better understand how visitors use our site and to improve the user experience. Hotjar collects device and usage data (e.g., anonymized IP, screen size, device type, browser information, country, preferred language) and on-page interactions (e.g., clicks, scrolling). Sensitive input (e.g., form fields, payment details) is automatically excluded. Hotjar creates a pseudonymous profile on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from selling data.
Opt-out: if you do not want Hotjar to collect your data, enable “Do Not Track” in your browser; Hotjar honors this signal. Details: https://www.hotjar.com/policies/do-not-track/

Where processing is based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing, you may object at any time; following an objection, we will cease processing for such purposes.
11) Retention
We retain personal data in accordance with statutory retention periods (e.g., commercial and tax laws). After expiry, data is deleted unless required for contract performance/initiation or a legitimate interest justifies continued storage.
